diminutive Dutch sterling silver snuff box (or pill box) with hinged lid / top, serpentine shaped front and sides, embossed decoration on top with etched decoration on sides, shield shaped cartouche on the front of the box engraved G. R. above a 1 and 2 (may be the date 1852), stamped / marked with a lion passant over the number 2 in a hexagon, Kingdom of The Netherlands (1807-1953), silversmith's mark looks like a K over the number 3, not certain, "S" date mark indicates manufacture in 1852
