A handsome English Regency Library Chair, possibly Gillows of Lancaster / London, mahogany with curved back and curved scrolled crest rail, caned back, sides, and seat, stuffed seat cushion, scroll arm supports, turned reeded tapered front legs with brass caps and castors, sabre back legs with brass caps, clearly stamped / marked GW which may be a journeyman (George Wilson) recorded as working for Gillows in the early 19th century, England, early 19th century
