a beautifully hand-carved Black Forest collared dog three hook coat / hat rack, the dog has inset glass eyes, the mount is carved to look like a tree limb, with bark, leaf, and flower details, the hooks are made to resemble deer antler, probably Germany of Austria, late 19th century, circa 1880
